Change of Mind
If you change your mind about an order, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Please contact us within this 14-day period to tell us that you wish to cancel. After notifying us, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.
Items should be returned in their original condition. You may inspect and handle an item as you would reasonably be able to in a shop, but we may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the item has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, is not as described, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, your statutory rights apply. Where a return is required because of an issue for which we are responsible, Cardknights will cover or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, we will process any refund due to you. Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
For eligible change-of-mind cancellations, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, such as an express service, we are not required to refund the additional amount above our standard delivery charge.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever happens first.
